Didn't know Korvor was so leet?

Jazz were 17-16 before they got Korvor. They are 15-2 since. Is that a coincidence, or is this the benefits of spreading the floor more with 3s? Just curious.

I founda funny picture of Korvor for this, but can't get it to stick.

i don't believe 17-16 is indicative of how good this team really was before korver showed up (i'm pretty biased- i love Carlos/Deron), but you're right-they've been on a tear ever since he got signed. i think this is a perfect example of a good fit for a good guy. he's playing better for UTA than he ever did in PHI, and he still isn't playing full minutes.
their only 2 losses since his arrival have been @ POR and @ DEN, and if i'm a jazz fan (ahem), those are acceptable losses at this point.

GO UTAH!

I think Utah's schedule has been pretty cushy lately and that has some part of it.

Though Korvor has been a really good addition, I think their recent success is due to mid season gelling an easier schedule.

So, I said their schedule has been easier lately. Here is their last 14 wins.

5 road games
9 home games
5 east teams
9 west teams
7 vs < .500
7 vs > .500

After looking at it, I guess their schedule hasn't been that easy. But it wasn't that hard either.

Dunno.
