I know this blog is for NBA, but I just had to mention this kid Kevin Durant at UT that I heard about on the radio. He's 6'9", 225 lbs, plays guard and forward. Here's his stat line (all numbers per game):
24 Pts, 11 Reb, 2 Ast, 2 Blk
He's 6th in scoring in all of college basketball. And oh yeah...he's a FRESHMAN. This guy could be a monster in the NBA.

I did read his article about how awesome the Patriots are though. Which was a little much.
yup that's him. He can't decide whether he wants the Celtics to pick Greg Oden or K Durant.
Which makes me find the first real downside to the age limit thing (from a fan's perspective). If your favorite college team manages to get one of these H.S. phenoms... we all know he's a goner by the end of the year.
But at least you get them for one year. No college team got to benefit from having Kobe, LeBron or KG on their team.
