Thats right, I said it. They are going to lose, and you know why? Cause they are playing the Warriors who, if you care to know have beaten Dallas 2 times this season, and recently blew out Houston, Utah, and Pheonix. They beat Utah by 30!

I don't think that's gonna happen, though I certainly won't push it out of the realm of possibility. The Lakers went 0-4 against SA a few years back during the regular season and then LA swept SA in the playoffs.
I know Nellie's got a genius mind for trick plays but as long as Dallas can put their focus around tempo control (like they did in their 4 wins against PHX last year), they should win in 6 (maybe even 5).
The good news for you, HOU, is that this series is guaranteed to be more work than a typical 1 v 8 seed matchup would be. Too bad HOU couldn't have had a better record than SA... I would have loved to see a PHX/HOU matchup. Talk about opposites :)
What the hell's with the Lakers? I've watched probably 5-8 of their last 15 games and they just can't seem to play a full 48 min. w/ anyone. They can keep it close most of hte game but at some point in the 3rd or 4th quarter, they just get stomped on for about 5 min. My only guess is that their lack of a center (also other injuries) has exhausted their perimeter defenders. Like SA/HOU/DAL/PHX, even though Kwame is a bit of a dunce, they used to be able to funnel their guys to the middle and Kwame did a decent job on defense last year. Just a guess though...
I missed out on the all-star break predictions but now that the playoffs are cemented, I think I'm going with the record-favorite in every case except the DAL-SA series... in which I'm choosing SA.
